Networking Fundamentals
Strong understanding of:

• IP addressing and subnetting.
• Binary ↔ decimal conversion.
• CIDR and subnet design.
• Static routing.
• Dynamic routing concepts (OSPF, BGP basics).
• ARP, NAT, DHCP, DNS fundamentals.

Layer 2 Networking
Understanding of:

• VLANs and trunking (802.1Q).
• Spanning Tree Protocol (STP / RSTP basics).
• Link aggregation (LACP basics).
• Broadcast domains and loop prevention.

Security & Firewalls
Hands-on experience with:

• Firewall configuration and policy rules.
• NAT (SNAT / DNAT).
• Port forwarding.
• Basic network segmentation concepts.

VPN Technologies
Understanding of:

• Site-to-site VPN.
• Remote access VPN.
• IPSec fundamentals.
• SSL VPN basics.
• Experience with VPN troubleshooting is a strong plus.

Wireless Networking
Experience with:

• Wireless access points.
• SSID configuration.
• WPA2/WPA3 security.
• Basic RF understanding.

Core Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a Network Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, or Computer Engineering.
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Certification: CCNA certified or willing to obtain CCNA within 60 days.
• Experience or familiarity with:
• SD-WAN technologies.
• Network monitoring systems (Zabbix, PRTG, etc.).
• Packet capture tools (Wireshark).
• Network documentation and diagramming.
