Title: Area Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Supervise and manage Sales Representatives (SRs) within the assigned area.
- Conduct daily morning briefings to review targets, activities, and performance.
- Provide continuous training, coaching, and field support to SRs.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of SRs.
- Evaluate SR performance and provide regular feedback.
- Control and monitor POS device distribution and utilization.
Sales and Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and Month-To-Date (MTD) sales targets.
- Increase digital wallet registrations within the assigned territory.
- Achieve targets related to new dealer and agent onboarding.
- Ensure full dealer and agent coverage across the assigned area.
- Prevent fraud and report suspicious activities immediately.
- Monitor agent activity and dealer performance.
- Support the onboarding process for new agents and dealers.
- Conduct regular field visits to agents and dealers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in FinTech, Telecom, or FMCG sectors.
- Experience managing field sales teams is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
