Title: HR Officer
Location: Baghdad
Available Until: 2/12/2026
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews).
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Prepare employment contracts and related documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and staff movements.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
- Track KPIs, evaluations, and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Good knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Speaks Arabic and English fluently.
