Title: IT Manager

Location: Erbil

Available Until: 12/17/2025

Responsibilities:

·  Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure across all branches.
·  Maintain and secure network systems including LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
·  Perform system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
·  Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures in line with best practices and ISO standards.
·  Lead, train, and evaluate the IT team, including setting SMART objectives and managing performance.
·  Administer and manage email systems (Office 365, Zoho, Microsoft Exchange).
·  Oversee and support IT compliance and certification processes, including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
·  Manage IT assets, hardware, and software inventory across all branches.
·  Administer local servers (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory) and ensure system stability.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·  5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the fintech or digital wallet industry.
·  Advanced knowledge of virtualization, VMware, vSphere, vCenter, ESX Management, and Troubleshooting.
·  Proven experience in leading and managing a diverse IT team.
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
·  Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
·  Speaks Kurdish, Arabic, and English Fluently.
