Title: Project Coordinator

FastPay is looking for a Project Coordinator with real experience in software project management, someone who can drive projects from planning to execution and keep teams aligned.

Only Apply if You …

• Have 3+ years of practical experience in software project management or project coordination.
• Understand end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from planning →
• analysis → development → testing → release.
• Are organized, proactive, and excellent at cross-team communication.
• Can manage dependencies, track blockers, and push momentum without being pushed.
• Maintain strong project documentation — including BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT cases, meeting minutes, follow-up notes, risk logs, and status reports.
• Can think, plan, and execute better than AI or templates.
• Want to learn, grow, and make real impact in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Don’t Apply If You …

• Don’t have practical, real-world experience in software project coordination or project management.
• Are not passionate about projects, people, processes, and execution.
• Don’t naturally take ownership or avoid responsibility
• Are not a learner and don’t have a plan for professional growth in project management.
• Are not a team player and struggle to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  Lack the ability to lead, align, and influence teams without authority.
• Need micromanagement to get things done.

Bonus Points If You …

• Hold relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, CAPM, or Agile PM
• Are proficient in modern project tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Have experience working on fintech, mobile app, digital wallet, or SaaS product projects.
