Title: IT Technician

Location: Sulaymaniyah

Available Until: 12/10/2025

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support to all employees in the Sulaymaniyah branch.
• Support and monitor the CCTV system, and provide required footage upon request.
• Maintain and update the complete inventory of IT devices.
• Perform monthly printer checks and record printer counters.
• Support and monitor POS devices for agents, including configuration processes and SIM card management.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as an IT Technician/IT Support.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Ability to travel when required.
